Do I need to download any software to view E-Pubs™?  
We recommend viewing E-Pubs with Internet Explorer version 7 or higher. You also need to have Adobe Flash Player version 8 or higher on the computer to enjoy the speed and ease of use. To download click here

When are the print publications available on E-Pubs™?
All the publications are uploaded to E-Pubs as soon as they get published. Based on print publication frequency; weekly publications are updated every week, bi-weekly publications are updated every 2 weeks, monthly once a month, etc.

How long are the print publications available on E-Pubs™?
When you login to E-Pubs and select a specific publication title you will be able to view the most current issue of the pub. If you wish to preview older issues, you need to go to Archives link at the bottom of the page within E-Pubs and this will give you access to view pubs going back to July 7th, 2009. Publications will be stored in Archives for one full year.

What if I can’t find a publication I’m looking for?
If the print pub you’re looking for is neither on E-Pubs nor in Archives please let your sales rep know and they will be able to contact their local production team to update the pub.

How do I find my ad on E-Pubs?
To find your ad on E-Pubs, you can browse the pages just like you would with the regular magazine or you can enter the last 4 digits of your phone number that’s included in your advertisement into “Search” box.

I’m having issues login in to E-Pubs with a direct URL that was sent to me by my sales rep.
To access Trader print publications you need to login to E-Pubs using your username and password.
